Following last year’s spellbinding set in support of Ron Sexsmith, we’re delighted to welcome Rachel Sermanni back to Brighton this March!

Fêted by everyone from Mumford And Sons to the BBC,  this young singer-songwriter has been picking up across-the-board acclaim of late, and her live shows are particularly highly regarded.

Having been performing solo since the age of 15, Rachel is poised to release her debut EP ‘Black Currents’ in  January 2012. There’s a very good chance that this could be her year, and the Ian Grimble (Beth Orton, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Manic Street Preachers) – produced release looks set to stencil her name right across the musical map.

An artist of incredible poise, delicacy and skill, Rachel should have an amazing future ahead of her – and this may be the last chance you’ll get to see her in a venue of this size!

“She has a voice that’s patently and compellingly her own” Scotsman
