Drawing fans such as Mumford and Sons and the Lumineers, Simone is a poet and song-crafter beyond compare, praised for his boldness, fierceness and the timeless quality of his unique folk music, which evokes Dylan and Leonard Cohen.

Simone Felice was originally the founding member of The Felice Brothers as well as The Duke & The King. Through these bands Felice has has toured and worked with acts such as The Band’s Levon, Conor Obert and Bright Eyes, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, The Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Rick Rubin, The Avett Brothers, and Old Crow Medicine Show.

Since 2010 though, Simone decided to go solo after his second brush with death after undergoing open-heart surgery (his first brush was surviving a brain aneurysm as a child). His need to tell his own story overpowered him and encouraged him to go at it alone.

In April 2012, Felice released his solo début self-titled album which showcased his talents as an extremely skilled songwriter. He is now due to release his second album titled Strangers, a ten-song collection recorded in the Catskills with producer David Baron which continues to show us his talents as a unique visionary and poet.
