October’s Only Round The Corner…

After announcing the show in March it’s been a long old wait, but tomorrow it’s FINALLY here! The brilliant Beth Jeans Houghton and her Hooves of Destiny play The Haunt tomorrow night. Her last visit to Brighton was back in May for The Great Escape festival she she quite frankly blew the socks off everyone with tracks from her new album ‘Yours Truly, Cellophane Nose’ which everyone has gone mad for. Dodecahedron is the favourite song on the album in the MV office, have a listen here and let us know what you’re favourite is! Tickets on the door for tomorrow night’s gig are £10 but if you don’t want to pay the extra pound for a door sale, why not get yours now for just £9? You can get them just here!

October is creeping up on us quite quickly, and so are the first lot of October shows we have for you!

First we have the brilliant (and lovely) Dan Le Sac on Monday 1st October playing at Coalition with a few of his friends that feature on his first cracking solo album Space Between The Words. Dan’s letting us stream the full album on Soundcloud here but to get the best experience, tickets are still available for the Coalition show so come and party with Dan and his friends (and us!)

Wednesday we kick off the first of our 3 Vive La France! warm up shows with the brilliant electronic one man band Chapelier Fou at The Blind Tiger Club! Here’s another act that was a favourite at The Great Escape and returns to Brighton with his new album Invisible. The multi instrumentalist electronic man is ready to wow you all next Wednesday. Tickets are £9 on the door, but why not pay an extra £6 and come to all 3 of our Vive La France! warm up shows – including Francois And The Atlas Mountains and Zombie Zombie! You can pick up this special offer on TicketWeb and it saves you £9.50!!
