2 Great Shows Coming Your Way This Weekend…
We are so excited today here at Melting Vinyl HQ because jazz legend, the one and only, COURTNEY PINE will be performing live at Brighton’s Komedia tonight!
As you definitely already know, no one better embodies the dramatic transformation in the British Jazz scene over the past twenty years than Courtney Pine. This guy has got some real skills. To remind you of such a treat you’re instore for tonight, here he is performing on Jools Holland with Lynden David Hall. Doors are at 8pm, and there’s only a limited amount of tickets left on the door so get down at 8pm sharp. Remember if you’re a student, turn up with your student ID and get in for just a tenner!
On Saturday don’t forget we have the originators of British folk-rock music celebrating their forty-fifth anniversary as one of the most entertaining bands on the live music scene, it’s Fairport Convention!!
It’s fair to say that whether you are a long-time fan or a newcomer to their music, an evening with Fairport Convention will surprise and delight you. Playing on Saturday night at the very beautiful St George’s Church this unmissable performance has been worth the wait (we have been waiting since October you know!)
